Give Us Time assists military families in rebuilding connections to daily life after struggling with either bereavement, physical or mental injuries, financial need, or having been separated for long periods of time due to deployment, or a combination of the above. Offering them opportunities to spend time together and to reaffirm their family bonds and strengthen relationships.

We believe that a holiday away from everyday life can make a long-lasting impact on the whole family, but to do so, we need your help.

Donating property

Holiday accommodation is generously donated by holiday companies or private owners. Give Us Time then matches these with British service personnel who are in need of rest and quality time to spend with their families. Give Us Time holidays are almost always accommodation only, except in exceptional circumstances.

This year we booked 97% of all donated breaks. Whether it’s a lodge, apartment, or hotel room, please consider donating your spare capacity—a week or a weekend—to a military family in need.

The only requirement is that the property has the appropriate insurance to allow guests to stay.

Donating is quick and simple: register on our website, add your property details, and choose one or more breaks to offer. Once listed, families will be available to book directly.

Hosts only need to register on our website and upload few information regarding the property they want to donate. It’s possible to donate one single break or several at the same time. Once the breaks have been added to the website they are available to book by our families in need.
