This year we booked 97% of all donated breaks.
Whether it’s a lodge, apartment, or hotel room, please consider donating your spare capacity—a week or a weekend—to a military-connected family in need.
The only requirement is that the property has the appropriate insurance to allow guests to stay.
Donating is quick and simple: register on our website, add your property details, and choose one or more breaks to offer. Once listed, families will be available to book directly.

Host support options
Fully managed

- promoting the property on social media and to welfare contacts

- handle all whole booking process, including issuing confirmation details
Shared management
- Give Us Time team will

- Host will review and accept bookings and share confirmation information to families, copying in team
Independent management
- Host will upload photos, property description and dates of breaks on the booking site, and notify team when these have been added

- Host will review booking requests and confirm directly to family, copying in Give Us Time team
