A massive thank you from myself and my family for Friday nights event, it was fantastic.

The polar express was truly magical experience and my son absolutely loved it, we had a brilliant time and massively appreciate the opportunity to take part in this event as it was not something we would have been able to afford ourselves. From arrival, the event gave 100% authentic experience, although it was busy it was not overwhelming and the staff kept the crown in order really well while keeping the magical Christmas touch. The train journey itself was outstanding, the performances and personalised touches were phenomenal to watch and experience, my son is ecstatic to have met ‘the real Santa’ finally and has treasured his bell ever since.

I cannot speak highly enough of this event.
