We had a great time in Cornwall, although a long drive from Helensburgh, Scotland we were able to relax as a family away from hectic home life. My daughter had also not seen her extended family (nana, aunties/uncles) in almost 2 years with my family being nearby in st austell Cornwall, our whole family could come together and share memories we dont get to experience as a military family.

We spent days chilling in the caravan and playing games as a family, travelled to my mums house several times for extended family time, park trips and walks around the fishing lake. Had some wet days on crantock beach and enjoyed family meals together. The caravan was clean and the reception were amazing we arrived late on the Monday after 10pm due to bad traffic and stops with our little one and they couldn’t of been more accommodating.  Thank you for giving us this break it was what we needed to switch off and enjoy precious memories together after a tough year.
