Thank you so much for your email, and more importantly, thank you for giving my family the opportunity to enjoy such a wonderful respite break at Hayling Island.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The accommodation was excellent, the location was beautiful, and despite the exceptionally hot weather, it made for a memorable week away. It was exactly what we needed as a family.

As serving military personnel, life can often be busy, demanding and unpredictable. Opportunities to truly switch off and spend uninterrupted quality time together can be difficult to come by. This break allowed us to do exactly that. We were able to slow down, enjoy each other’s company, make lasting memories with our child, and simply appreciate time together without the usual pressures of everyday life.

One of the things that stood out most was how much there was to do in the local area. We enjoyed exploring Hayling Island, visiting local attractions, spending time on the beach, and discovering some fantastic family-friendly places to eat. It gave us the chance to experience somewhere we probably would never have visited otherwise.

I’d also like to thank everyone involved behind the scenes at Give Us Time. Charities like yours make a genuine difference to military families. The support you provide goes far beyond simply offering a holiday—it provides families with valuable time together, an opportunity to recharge, and memories that will stay with us for years to come.
