I just wanted to write to thank you so much for the amazing holiday we’ve had in Bulgaria.

This is something as a family of 6, we could never have afforded to do so it was literally a holiday of a lifetime with many ‘firsts’.

The little 2 have never flown before so going on an aeroplane was such an adventure for them. Skiing was a first for all of us apart from one, which was great and it was a first for us all to visit Bulgaria.

The accommodation was fantastic, the swimming, spa and sauna were equally as good and something that was used every day of our holiday. The games room and children’s facilities were brilliant, our lot had such a great time in there and have made some great friends which no doubt they will miss.

The restaurant was lovely, as were the staff. We were beyond impressed at the transport laid on to take us wherever we wanted to go. I’ve never come across anything like this before, it was incredible and made life so easy for everyone.

As you know, we’ve had a bit of a rough time of it lately with my dad and relocating back to Somerset to be close to my parents, this therefore meaning the serving person has to stay away at camp all week. Spending this quality time as a family has been a huge boost for us and we are forever grateful for you giving us this opportunity! Thank you so much.

All in all, Bulgaria was a blast! The people we met were fantastic, the Balkan Jewel was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.
