“My family is eternally grateful to Give Us Time and CLC World Resorts for providing the opportunity to explore the stunning Austrian Alps and spend quality time together as a family. It is a well-known fact that military life can take its toll on the family and the best way to tackle such strains is time away from the daily pressures.

The CLC Alpine Centre is a superb resort, catering for every possible family requirement. The facilities were ideal; swimming pool, sauna, gym and options for self-catering or full-board. Options for self-catering are extremely welcome when travelling with a 5-year-old with several dietary intolerances!

The location was superb, right in the heart of the Alps, allowing for excursions to the Eagle’s Nest (just over the border in Germany), feeding the Marmots on top of the Grossglockner Alpine Road, experiencing Salzburg and sledging on the 10,000′ Kitzsteinhorn Glacier in mid-August.

It is difficult to describe how grateful we all are for the opportunities Give Us Time have provided us as a family to experience new adventures and spend quality time together. The holiday has certainly had the desired effect, we return have had an amazing time, most certainly closer as a family. Thank you.”
