Give Us Time is delighted to welcome Chris Oliver to the charity’s family as its newest ambassador.

Chris is one of the DS on Channel 4’s hugely successful ‘SAS: Who Dares Wins’, part of the elite team of ex-special forces from the UK & USA who recreate the SAS’s secret selection process, putting recruits through the ultimate test of their physical and psychological resilience. Chris grew up in the northeast of England and joined the military aged 16. He is a former Special Forces Operator with 16 years combat experience within the elite Special Boat Service, deploying on operations to Sierra Leone, Northern Ireland, Oman, Iraq, and Afghanistan before leaving the military in 2015.

Chris Oliver said “Being chosen as an ambassador means the world to me. When one of my closest friends was severely injured, this charity stepped in and provided the needed respite for him. Supporting Give Us Time was a no-brainer.”
