Meet Chris, who is running 20 miles in Moray for us over the Easter Weekend! Chris recently joined the military, after more than a decade working in corporate marketing roles, and was commissioned last year. He is currently based at RAF Lossiemouth and will begin his Phase 2 training later this year.

Although not a parent himself, many of Chris’s colleagues and friends are, and through these connections, he has heard first-hand how important charities like ours are to military families. Parenting is challenging at the best of times, but being a military parent can make it feel almost impossible. – with increasing operational demands placed on service personnel, the impact is often felt most by their families.
