If you own a commercially let: timeshare, holiday or second home, hotel, apartment block, cruise ship or ski chalet – no matter how big or small, near or far ; we’d love you to consider donating whatever spare capacity you have to a military family in need of rest, recovery and reconnection: a break helps restore stressed relationships.

The Rules

Currently we are only accepting properties which are already commercially let. Please note some important points from these conditions.

You agree to provide the property without charge.
You agree to confirm or reject a provisional booking within 48 hours.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, we will require you to provide an alternative holiday let.
You agree to contact the applicant with property address via e-mail.
You may decide to charge a cancellation fee in the event that the property is confirmed but not used.
The user will be responsible for any damage to the property.
Repairs will be carried out by your management without recourse to Give Us Time.
The property is fully insured to comply with legal hire requirements.
You agree that there is no restriction to you making the donation of property.
The property is fit for purpose of being a holiday let.
You agree to respect the privacy of the applicant whilst on holiday.
