Our week at Le Goludic, Moréac, exceeded our expectations. Even the weather was amazing reaching up to 30°!

The Gite is located in an idyllic spot immersed in the countryside surrounded by farmers fields. I cannot even describe the relaxing feeling of such quiet when you only hear birds singing (and the occasional tractor!).

Ralph and Carol, our hosts, were very friendly and approachable, always available for whatever needs. Ralph especially loved telling us about himself and had great stories to tell. At the same time though they gave us privacy and we felt very at ease and comfortable, almost like stopping with friends.

The Gite had everything and more for a great stay, it had a lot of character and felt very homely. The outside area is beautiful, a lovely big garden in which we played many outdoor games supplied by Ralph.

We ventured out too and discovered some amazing places such as Vannes, Josselin, Pontivy all within an easy drive. No potholes to speak of in France!

On our return back to England we spent an afternoon in Mont Saint-Michel which was breathtaking.

The drive to get there was very long and tiring, at times very difficult (5 hour delay at the Eurotunnel on our return!) but was definitely worth it. We highly recommend this place.
