“After many years of intense work commitments within the Royal Navy, months apart on opposite sides of the country, a lengthy year of duties and sacrifices to then endure a 7 month deployment with absolutely no contact from our loved one; this getaway was just what we needed to reconnect and enjoy nature, together 
Kidlandlee was like a home away from home. The location was perfect: quiet, secluded and surrounded by rolling hills, miles from anywhere. Our favourite setting!
We took enough supplies to this self catering cottage to really switch off, be together and create lasting memories to carry with us through future separations due to Navy commitments.
We saw nature, forestry tracks, castles, starry skies and hills galore. A truly magical 4 nights away that I think every family who has endured lengthy times of separation should have the opportunity to experience.
