Memories Made at the Birmingham International Tattoo!

From impressive national cadet bands to amazing pipes and drums (including a 9-year-old piper in full ceremonial dress!), eclectic music, polished drill, field gun runs, dog races, and stunning light shows, the Birmingham Tattoo was a truly unforgettable experience for our Give Us Time families at the weekend.

Adam shared: “We took a very pessimistic 10-year-old who didn’t want to watch ‘people marching about with a drum,’ but within 10 minutes they were completely captivated. A truly memorable occasion, thank you.”

Gemma added: “Thank you so much — we had the best time at the Birmingham Tattoo last night!”

Gary reflected: “The whole experience was amazing from start to finish — the combined pipes, lone piper, tribute to Ukrainian forces, dog flyer race, cannon race, Commonwealth dancers, light show and so much more. Myself, my wife, the children, and veterans from Healthier Heroes CIC loved every moment. Words cannot express our gratitude.”

Jimmy summed it up perfectly: “Thank you so much for the opportunity — it was an amazing night and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!”

A huge thank you to all our supporters who make experiences like this possible. Moments like these are exactly what Give Us Time is all about; giving Forces families the chance to create memories that last a lifetime.

Thank you to the team @birminghamtattoo for their generous donation of tickets for our Forces families.
