Give Us Time would like to once again thank Center Parcs for their support and donations that allow our families a much-needed break away.

One family who went away this summer to Longleat Village wrote to us (below) to thank us, but more importantly everyone at Center Parcs for their generosity and especially the staff who assisted them during the stay.

To everyone at Center Parcs and Give Us Time,

Thank you so much for arranging the above, it gave the family such a boost.

The staff at Longleat were extremely helpful – as on arrival they had allocated a lodge that was on the extreme edges of the parc and as it was located in a forest where there was minimal trusted mobile phone connection.  As I am currently quite limited in my mobility and when at home I wear a lifeline this caused a level of concern, the staff immediately arranged for me to have one of their phones which had direct dial access to staff within the parc area that would be able to assist me if the need was required – thankfully it wasn’t during the stay.

On the following day they offered to us an upgraded lodge that was located more centrally to the facilities – we accepted their kind offer, and the lodge that we moved into was absolutely fabulous and had everything and more, this change of lodge was possibly the making of the break, as my husband and son could walk to the pool areas and central facilities of the parc and leave me back at the lodge resting without the need to worry.

We hired bikes and mobility scooter which gave us plenty of time to go around the parc at leisure, and the activities that we had booked for my husband and son were full of fun to them and a pleasure for me to be able watch them and enjoy the experience with them.

On our departure day we visited the safari park which none of us had ever visited and I have to say that this was a fabulous experience and a truly wonderful and memorable day to end our weekend away.

So, thank you so much for organising of our break away – I cannot convey my thanks enough – but your kind generosity has had huge impact on my family, so again thank you.
