As we packed up the car after a very long lockdown after losing 2 very close family members we just couldn’t wait to get a family break away to Sherwood Forest Lodges.

A fun filled week of family walks, Alton Towers and shopping. I went for one last walk with my family and as I was walking along, deep in thought, my youngest son caught up with me, looked up at me to tell me he loves me.

After drying my eyes and pulling myself together it all of a sudden it brought everything back into perspective of what matters to me.
