We were so fortunate to be given this amazing opportunity to holiday with our family for free, we chose the Heroes Haven in Swanage.

And wow it did not disappoint!

The lodge itself is stunning with a huge garden, and a BBQ hut which any army man will defiantly love: the ultimate man cave!

When we arrived it was immaculate with thoughtful little touches like a free welcome hamper full of goodies, after a 4 hour drive the kids raided!  The area itself is beautiful and there are many activities to choose from: from rock pooling, enjoying the sandy beaches, country walks to the local holiday park – park deans entertainment with hot outdoor pool and plenty going on for the kids, if you pop in there you can get a pass for not much money and use their facilities out of school holidays.
