Wonderful family holiday to a beautiful part of Italy
My family and I very were lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in a fantastic house in Casamaggiore, Italy, courtesy of Give us Time. Immediately following booking the host was in contact providing extremely useful information on the house, suggested places to visit and lots of other tips for our trip.
The house we stayed in is situated in the small village of Casamaggiore in the picturesque hills close to the town of Castiglione del Lago. The three story house was a wonderful place to stay, my children and I particularly enjoyed jumping into the private swimming pool at the end of each hot day in the Italian sunshine.
The house provided us with a fantastic base to explore Italy from. We enjoyed several great days out including visiting the field of miracles in Pisa, marvelling at the fantastic sights of Rome and exploring the underground city of Perugia. Also locally we loved the town of Castiglione del Lago, wondering the narrow streets, sampling the local delicacies, as well as dips in the nearby Lake Trassimeno!
My family and I are extremely grateful to both the host and to Give us Time for giving us the opportunity for some valuable time together in an absolutely beautiful setting. Should the opportunity ever come to visit here again we would jump at the chance. Thank you all very much.
