“No amount of words can truly convey my gratitude.”

I cannot thank you enough for what your charity has done for my family and no amount of words can truly convey my gratitude.

We have and still are experiencing a very tumultuous time as a family unit with my partner still being undiagnosed.

Despite how hard I tried to perform to the standard set by my partner before she was away, my daughters were very aware I was struggling, the resentment of my predicament and how I simply could not produce at work and be a lone parent was hard to cover up even for 3 year old twins.

Although a 4 day break for most families is nicety, for ours, it afforded us the opportunity to bond and reset at the most perfect moment, which would have undoubtedly taken an extended period of time due to being thrown back into ‘normal life’ without the opportunity to step away and take stock of what was happening and how much our being a ‘family first’ matters. As parents we saw our twins play in the sea for the first time, go swimming every day and even have their first time on a water slide, they improved their swimming ability in a heartbeat and proved they were more developed than we thought.

Your giving us time is a very powerful thing which cannot be underestimated, you have really made a difference to my family
