Jo and Brandon found this worked out incredibly well for them for their Scottish break in September.  They told us, “Through Give Us Time we booked a break away at Sauchope Links Holiday Lodge and Caravan Park, Anstruther, Scotland. For us this was perfect, a little staycation was just what we needed. As we are both serving personnel in different trades, we have times where we are passing ships and this year has been the worst. My partner Brandon has been away on ops and exercises, plus he climbs for the RAF/UKAF so has been overseas and down to England for competitions. He is also due to deploy again the end of October for 3 months. I have been away exercises and other overseas tasks and also about to deploy for a couple of months.

“When I saw this break the dates where perfect, some time together, no planning all arranged for us by Give Us Time. I rang Sauchope Links to ask about bedding and they confirmed everything was provided including towels. When we arrived I was shocked to see that everything was there; washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, all toiletries. We didn’t need anything!

“On arrival we were welcomed like old friends, they announced they had put us in Searock Lodge one of their favourites with an electric hot tub. The sea view was amazing. They advised on things to do in the area and how to get to town on the coast trail. The area was perfect, and we had a nice mix of lazy mornings, coastal walks and tea and cake in beautiful tea rooms. We could not be more thankful for this break away.”
