We’re kicking off 2025 with a touching story from Martin. His break in Cornwall in late 2024 was just what he needed after a pressured time at work.
He told us, “The cottage was fantastic, the town lovely and the surrounding area beautiful!
“The break away from work came at a perfect time to allow me to decompress and take a breath. It allowed the daily fog to clear and for me to think of the future.
“These opportunities cannot be understated, and I thank the generosity of the people who donate such breaks; they may not fully appreciate the real benefit it gives people, and in my case it really did. Thank you.”
